Hello Friends.. Here we are again, spring is here, the birds are singing and I am walking ALOT! Many of you know that at age 36 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had my first mastectomy, chemotherapy, a slew of hormonal treatments including having my ovaries removed and my relationship with Dana-Farber was born. 5 years later I had a second mastectomy and most recently a scare that thankfully turned out to be nothing. I tell you this because without institutions like Dana Farber and North Shore Cancer Center, people like myself and my dear friend Kathie would not have received the life saving care we so desperately needed. And knowing they are there helps those of us that have needed them breathe a sigh of relief. Please join me in raising much needed funds to help these hospitals continue research and be able to share that research with other institutions.. My mama was treated at DFCI for lung cancer and metastasis to her brain, she survived that only for us to lose her to Covid 19 in 2020. I dedicate this years walk to her.. I love you mama
Thank you for your time and support!!
